Jumbo Loans
Single-family home loans above the maximum amount of $417,000, established by the secondary market, are known as "Jumbo" loans. Because this type exceeds the maximum loan amount, it is known as a non-conforming mortgage. This type of loan will differ in the rates, fees, and document requirements from our other conforming (below maximum amount) loan programs.
Loans available through our Jumbo program:- 1, 3, 5 and 7 year adjustable rate mortgage (ARM)
- 15 and 30 year fixed rates
