Continuing Education: Investing in Education and Career Development

Ozaukee Bank provides our Associates with numerous educational opportunities for personal and professional growth. Associates regularly attend seminars and classes offered by various training companies in the financial and business industry including the Center for Financial Training (CFT), Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA), and the Graduate School of Banking (GSB). In addition, we have developed a menu of in-house programs to supplement our Associates' education without having to travel.

  • Our Client Service Associates (Tellers) and Relationship Bankers are trained on-site by dedicated educators in their field.
  • Our managerial staff and future leaders receive comprehensive leadership skills training through our Leadership Development Program. This program offers classes on topics ranging from Professionalism to Coaching Fundamentals to Dealing with Difficult Situations.
  • Computer training is also available in our computer lab to assist Associates in using various software applications required for their job.
  • To enhance their education, Associates are able to access books, videos, and CD's through the Ozaukee Bank Leadership Library

Associates are also invited to attend Bank sponsored seminars that we provide as a service to our clients and communities. Recent seminar topics have been Retirement Planning, Real Estate Investing, Purchasing a Home, Starting a Business, and Planning for a Remodeling Project.
