Associate Benefits

At Ozaukee Bank, we offer our Full-time and Part-time Associates a comprehensive benefit package that compliments our competitive base salaries. Our benefit programs enable Associates to lead healthier lives, build personal wealth, and provide security for their families.

Associate Health and Welfare Benefits
 We provide a comprehensive array of traditional health and welfare benefits. These traditional employer-sponsored benefits are augmented by a variety of optional supplemental insurance plans made available to Associates at special group rates.

Wealth Building Benefits
 We offer a generous 401K plan and match our Associate's contributions up to 5% of the Associate's salary on a dollar for dollar basis. Full-time Associates may start contributing to a 401K after just three months of employment. Part-time Associates may begin after just one year of service, based on meeting eligibility requirements.

In addition to our 401K plan, Ozaukee Bank offers our Associates a generous Profit Sharing Plan. *Associates are eligible to receive a profit sharing contribution of up to 10% of their base pay.
